Reel Earth Productions

So we've got this totally impractical desire to step way outside of our everyday experience, to try to see the world as it is. We want to find the edges of our civilization, if there still are any, and take a good hard look.

Perhaps there are other ways to live that we should consider. Are we to believe that we live in the best of all possible worlds? And does our understanding of the world make sense when we find ourselves in the middle of "nowhere"?

Too much of what we see and hear is dictated by the same kinds of people with the same kinds of thinking. Beyond the horizon there are people living in the world whose reality is completely different from ours, and whose voices we never hear.

It's time for us to go there, and listen.
